There aren’t words to explain how much I loved both this story and Winger (the 1st book). I’m not even going to try to write this review. Nothing I can think of to type sounds compelling enough. I could rave about this book, but I love a lot of stories. How would I convince you this one is a level of special for me that defies the five stars? That I enjoyed it beyond screaming, cursing, or a string of random emojis?
This is the 6th Andrew Smith book I’ve read, and he never disappoints. I now own every single thing he has ever written, because he’s exactly the kind of author I want to support, not just with reviews, but by putting my money where my mouth is. I plan to start on his early works soon.
